PD Security Band™
Should your bands not fit you properly and you find yourself constantly adjusting your band or your band is not staying in place, there may be a problem with the quality of the fit. If this is your case, you must contact us within two business days of receipt to be eligible for adjustments. If we do not hear from you within two business days of receipt of your PD Security Bands, we will conclude that you are satisfied with your order and consider your order transaction complete.
In addition, if you contact us within two business days and are unable to reach us and you have left a message with us, we will make two attempts to reach you via telephone. If we do not hear from you within two business days from the day of our last attempt to reach you, we will consider your order transaction complete and close your order (some exceptions may apply).
If your band does not fit properly due to inaccurate measurements or because your weight is not stable and your measurements have changed from the time you placed the order to the time you received your order, there will be no option for a refund. If after you have placed your order and your bands have been made, and for whatever reasons, you can no longer do Peritoneal Dialysis, you will not have the option for a refund.
In addition to your band not fitting properly, we strongly advise discontinuing wearing the band until the problem has been resolved with Patient’s Pride.
While we guarantee the stability of your band during day time use, we cannot extend the same guarantee during night time use due to restless sleeping habits.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our PD Security Band™ and our services. It is our continued goal to provide the most effective catheter support system on the PD market today. If at anytime you find our PD Security Band™ to be anything other than what we claim it to be, please do not hesitate to contact us. As consumers ourselves, we want to treat our customers as we would expect to be treated by any professional business.
